The shelves have been tidied and I can now see exactly what is in stock... now to restock those shelves with today's produce. I have replenished the Lime Marmalade, Lemon Marmalade and the Orange & Whisky Marmalade, so now back to full capacity with these items. Blueberry Jam, Bramble Jam, Pear & Cinnamon Jam, Chuckleberry Jam (that name always makes me smile :)), are all back in stock. Bramble Jelly, Redcurrant Jelly and Pear Jelly are available in various sizes. Finally, a few chutneys are starting to bubble away ... Pear Chutney, Mango Chutney. What a busy weekend, and it's only Saturday. Tomorrow, I plan to make a low sugar version of lemon curd trying out the monkfruit that I have recently purchased... will let you know how that tastes.
